Threads of Yunnan: Life in Motion

This series captures the fleeting, everyday moments of people on the streets of Yunnan, China, during a family trip. Through these candid snapshots, I aimed to highlight the subtle beauty in the ordinary, focusing on how individuals interact with their surroundings. Each image tells a story of connection—between the person and their environment, their daily routines, and the shared spaces that bind them to their community. By including my family as models, the series also takes on a more intimate perspective, offering a personal lens through which to view the shared human experience. Each image invites the viewer to consider the subtle, often unnoticed ways we relate to the world around us.
